Did You Miss Me?

There are three acceptable answers to that question:

• Yes!  Where the Hell have you been?
• No, we didn't.  Not at all.  Go away.
• What?  You were gone?

I've been busy.

• Had to go to Rhode Island the first weekend of August for my grandmother's 90th birthday.
• I did an episode of Padres & Pints with RJ's Fro & Randy Jones at Randy Jones' All American Sports Grill right before I left.  The only reason I was on camera was because Avenging Jack Murphy & Beau were both out of town.  It was beyond bad.  There's going to have to be a lot of edits on that one.
• On the flight home, received a voice mail from work that my vacation had been extended through the entire month of August. Unpaid.
• Had a scumbag come into the house and steal a PS3 while my brother and I slept.

So, I hope you'll excuse me from not being in the mood to write about anything.  Especially about the Padres.

That's right.  I'm not hiding behind The Ghost.  This month has been rough and I don't feel like switching accounts just to write on this blog.

Does this mean The Ghost is gone?  No.  He'll still be around.  Just think of him as on vacation for right now.

Bottom line, I'm dealing with a lot of stuff, some of which I'm choosing not to share with you.

Does that mean I don't like you?  No, but some of you are really starting to piss me off.  And, if you're not careful, I may have to tell you that to your faces.  Loudly.

Now that we've got that out of the way, I'm going to try to write some stuff about the Padres this week.

When I get breaks from searching for a new job, that is.
